There Is A Real Dynamic (TIARD) is the first female-led, women-focused platform equipping all women with the right information and tools to build confidence about their health and well-being, rights, opportunities and career strategies — to live a full life and enjoy it to their full potential.
To grow knowledge about female-specific matters, we offer every member the chance to take part in research and gender studies. The community helps advance science, and all profits are reinvested.
The problem that no one takes seriously
Women have fought for their rights to independence and autonomy. While regulations are slowly closing the gap, an extra 162 years are needed to finalise it. Healthy growth in society will not be achieved by leaving out half of the population. The structural changes needed must be accelerated — women’s differences are still overlooked and treated as inconveniences.
